GVD Contracts acted as Principal Contractor for a dilapidations CAT A fit out of an industrial unit in Coventry. The works comprised the following:
- Full strip out of existing fit out, including mezzanine floor, previous tenant fit out, M&E.
- Installation of new fire rate jumbo stud wall to form separation works.
- Installation of new services inc MEP to both units, including installation of solar panels.
- Internal redecoration.
- Install new self-smoothing resin floor finish.
- Duration – 12 weeks, project value – £300k
